We are excited to welcome back golfers to East Park. Golf is good for our health, our environment, and the economy of Ontario. We ask that you please be patient with us as we navigate these new ways of golf. Safety is our number one priority for both you the golfer and our dedicated staff. We ask that you be patient and respectful, and appreciate your understanding as we implement new rules and protocols for safe and fun play at East Park!

Facility Access
Golf essentially consists of a 10 or 20 km-controlled walk through 100 to 200 acres of nature. During those two to four hours of enjoyable, healthy activity, each foursome of golfers is typically ½ km away from the next group. Within the foursome itself, golfers have no trouble at all maintaining their distancing in such open spaces. Please see the attached link to comments made by Dr. Bonnie Henry (British Columbia’s Provincial Health Officer) on April 29, 2020, at which time she noted that the risk of COVID-19 transmission is significantly reduced while outdoors.
Yes, the clubhouse is open for purchases and washroom use. Masks are required when entering the clubhouse. The lounge is currently closed but the concession window and patio are open!
Non-cash payments will be preferred, but we will continue to accept cash provided government regulations do not prohibit cash payments at golf courses.
“walk-ons” will not be permitted at this time. Only golfers will pre-arranged tee times will be authorized to play.
Pre-paid tee times are preferred and can be easily booked via our web site and online tee sheet.
Outdoor washrooms will not be available.
Given that the season was only slightly effected by the closure no adjustments will be made for memberships.
Power carts will be reserved for those who absolutely require them. Able-bodied golfers are encouraged to walk. Power carts if needed, will be single rider only unless proof of same household can be provided. Limited numbers of pull carts will be available.
